To create is to invite others into your inner world
Who we are
What compels two individuals to come together and create a new artistic endeavor? Ιs it the need for expression? The desire to share a vision? The urge to bring to life images and ideas that exist within the mind? Well it surely is all that, but mostly it is the profound need for communication – the need to connect with others through our work, to start a conversation that unfolds across philosophy, art, and ultimately life itself, ever evolving and maturing just like our creations in every part of this world.
Art, we believe, surfaces a fundamental life’s goal in humans, that of interaction, of evolution through communication.
As artisans of both material and thought, we bring together years of experience in multiple disciplines. Pantelis Ampoukelis, a conservator of art and author, and Giorgos Moisidis, a leatherworker and sculptor, we unite our skills and visions to present a body of work that is both deeply personal and universally resonant.
Mynith is about exploring humanity through creative expression
Our philosophy
Ideas shape the world, but they often remain intangible – whispers of history, echoes of thought, fragments of stories that fade with time. At Mynith, we seek to capture them, to transform abstract concepts into something real, something you can hold, something that invites reflection and engagement.
We exist at the crossroads of history, art and philosophy, using craftsmanship and storytelling as a means of exploration. Each piece we create is more than an object, it is a conversation, a bridge between thought and form, a way to experience ideas not just through words, but through touch and presence. We are not here to simply preserve the past, but to interpret it, to bring it forward in ways that resonate and endure.
For us, craftsmanship is not just a skill, it is an act of inquiry, patience, and intention. The materials we work with, the details we shape, and the choices we make all reflect a deeper purpose: to create objects that carry meaning beyond their physical form. We believe that to craft is to question, to experiment, to search for understanding within the lines, textures, and contours of what we make.
Mynith is not a place of static creations, but of continuous evolution. Each project is a step forward, a piece of an ever-growing dialogue between past and present, between idea and object. We do not aim to define history or philosophy, but to engage with them, to contribute to the stories they inspire, and to offer something that speaks beyond its materials.
In this space, between the unseen and the tangible, between what is imagined and what is made—Mynith finds its purpose.
