Inside this intellectual frame, we decided to breathe into life our philosophical restlessness through creation. But…how does one go about attempting to undertake such an overwhelming task?
It’s quite simple, really!
You first break down all these thoughts keeping you up at night into overarching themes and then translate them into different series of symbolic objects with narrative elements, making sure to keep an anthropocentric point of view, driven the flame of excitement for the unknown that only the creative process can reward you with! Add a good chunk of time into the mix and you might just be ready to go!
What you end up after this belated distillation process is an artifact, a glimpse to a creator’s inner world, an excuse to explore through your mind’s eye more than the tangible, an opportunity to take a break and ponder.
At a deeply human level, the driving force behind this endeavor is the need to answer questions, to express oneself oven troubling thoughts, be it existential philosophical ideas, socio-economical perspectives, historical eras, nature’s sublimity and more.But in order to transcend this from the incorporeal realm of imagination to a real feeling of the senses one has to speak the words, write the letters, create something and see it for yourself.
We aim for these “artifacts” to be pieces of a puzzle not yet completed, parts of a story not yet told, crumbs we leave behind on life’s trail as we move forward through time set on a creative journey into the future’s great unknown.
